We don't bill discovery. The scoping call, architecture sketch, and written proposal are on us. If we can't price it in 48 hours, we don't want the work.
Yes. If the scope changes, we rescope in writing before changing the number. We have never sent a "true-up" invoice.
We credit 1% of project fee per business day late, up to 15%. This has been triggered twice in four years.
Sprint: 50/50 on start and ship. Build: equal monthly payments across the engagement. Operate: monthly in advance.
Included. No travel, hosting, or tool passthrough. If you want us on-site, that is a line item in the proposal.
